Spatial Creative respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We may collect personal information that you provide to us, including your name, email address, company name, job title and any information you choose to provide when contacting us or submitting an enquiry.

We use this information to respond to your enquiries, discuss our products and services, and provide information that we believe may be relevant to your business.

We will not sell your personal information to third parties. We may use trusted service providers to help us operate our business and communications, where appropriate safeguards are in place.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This may collect information such as pages viewed and approximate location. Google Analytics cookies are only used after you accept our cookie notice. You can learn more in Google's privacy policy.

If you accept our cookie notice, we also use the ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel and OpenAI’s Conversions API to measure page views and form submissions that can be attributed to ads in ChatGPT. The pixel runs in the browser and may store first-party cookies on this site (an ad-click reference for up to 30 days, and a browser reference for up to 365 days). The Conversions API is a server-to-server request from our host when you submit a form, and may include a hashed email address, your IP address, browser type, and those cookie values. If you accept our cookie notice, we also use the Reddit Pixel and Reddit’s Conversions API to measure visits and conversions from Reddit advertising. The pixel runs in the browser. The Conversions API is a server-to-server request from our host and may include a hashed email address if you submit a form, your IP address, browser type, screen size, and Reddit click or cookie identifiers. If you accept cookies we also store a random visitor identifier on your device for up to 30 days, and if you submit a form we may keep that email on your device for the same period so later visits can be matched. If you send an enquiry or download STAGEit Optimiser, we may include details of how you reached the site — for example campaign tags in the link you clicked, or the referring website — so we know which campaigns led to that submission. Those details are stored on your device for up to 30 days and sent with the form.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic. Cloudflare provides privacy-focused analytics and does not use cookies for its Web Analytics service. You can learn more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

STAGEit Optimiser

STAGEit Optimiser does not collect, transmit or store personal information, usage analytics, telemetry or model data.

Model files processed using STAGEit Optimiser remain on your Mac and are processed locally by the application and any locally installed software it uses, such as Blender.

Downloading STAGEit Optimiser from the Spatial Creative website is still subject to the website privacy and analytics practices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet our legal obligations.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of your information.
